  • How do you use the pet drive-through?

    To use our pet drive-through, please proceed to the east side of our building. We'll open the garage door for you to drive in. For your pet's safety, we kindly ask that you turn off your car and keep your doors and windows closed until we've shut the garage door. You can find a detailed map on our website for easy navigation.
  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can schedule an appointment through our online booking platform or by calling our office directly. For new clients, we require a $25 deposit to secure the appointment, which will be applied towards your exam fee when you visit us.
  • Do you provide emergency appointments?

    Yes, Glenstone Veterinary Clinic offers emergency appointments. If you have an urgent situation, please call us immediately and we'll do our best to accommodate you on the same day. Please note that our regular appointments are typically booked about a week to a week and a half in advance.
  • Where is your entrance located?

    Our main entrance is situated on the west side of our building, facing Waverly Street.
